Returns

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at byeveningofficial@gmail.com within the return period stated on your store after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item should generally be:

Unused and unworn
Unwashed
In its original condition
Returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable

For hygiene reasons, certain opened, used, washed, or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at byeveningofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or required by applicable law.
